Coach Chris is an elite personal trainer and fitness entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience helping busy professionals regain control of their mindset, emotional intelligence, and confidence by improving daily habits.

 

He is an expert in body fat reduction and foundational strategies for building lean muscle mass. As the head trainer of our BoxHitt and group strength training classes, Coach Chris emphasizes efficient, time-conscious workouts designed to maximize results.

 

He fosters a fun, supportive atmosphere where clients build sustainable habits that lead to long-term success not just in the gym, but in all areas of life. With a background in basketball throughout high school and university, Chris developed strong interpersonal skills that allows him to listen effectively and understand each client’s unique needs.

Coach Samie is a certified personal trainer with CanfitPro and a Certified Mat Pilates instructor, with over 10 years of experience in fitness and movement.

 

Her background includes years of leading bootcamps and in personal training, but

her true passion lies in helping clients build strength and confidence through intentional movement.

 

Samie’s method combines functional strength training and Pilates principles, focusing on core stability, mobility, and body awareness all

delivered with a commitment to safety, proper technique, and an empowering client experience.
